KOMAC has participated in the planning of nearly every shipyard projects in Korea since its establishment in 1969.

KOMAC also undertaken feasibility studies and provided planning and layout services for modernization of Tunisia national shipyard, Indonesian new shipyard project, modernization of Mexican naval shipyard, and Iranian new shipyard project.
